Paul Rosas
Co-Founder
Hi! I'm Paul. I grew up in Snyder, a little town in the heart of West Texas. The small town, family centric lifestyle instilled in me integrity, discipline, and heart, all things you can expect to see when working with us. My goal is to provide value to my community and to glorify God while doing it.
In my free time I enjoy exercising, playing sports and spending time with friends and family. You can usually find me working, in the gym, on the golf course, or watching a Tech game alongside my beautiful wife, Amber, and my dogs Bella and Murphy.
As a Red Raider Alumni, I also enjoy keeping up with all things Texas Tech!

Hey there! I’m Michael. I moved to Lubbock in 2017, established my roots, and haven’t looked back since!
If you’ve met me before then you know I believe in providing service, direction, and execution. When I became a father and a homeowner in 2021, I realized how difficult it is to find genuine, hardworking professionals within the service industry.
With an emphasis on empathy and work ethic, my mission is to serve each of our customers with unmatched care and precision.
