GRIT Property Solutions is a homegrown moving and junk removal company, started right here in Lubbock in 2023, that provides end-to-end moving solutions. Every situation is unique, so we take the time to get to know each client and build a plan that fits. Our team's background spans moving services, construction, and business, and we use all of it to help our clients move forward.

Today GRIT offers a full set of moving and property services: local and long-distance moving, heavy item moving, furniture delivery, packing, shed and fence demolition, junk removal, cleanouts, furniture assembly, yard cleanup, and cleaning. The idea is simple. When life changes, one dependable local crew should be able to handle all of it.

We've moved families across town and across Texas, relocated businesses like Lululemon, hauled off whole trailers of junk, and moved a 1,000 lb safe across rough ground. Paul Rosas, Co-Founder

Hi! I'm Paul. I grew up in Snyder, a little town in the heart of West Texas. The small-town, family-centered lifestyle gave me integrity, discipline, and heart, and you can expect all three when you work with us. My goal is to provide value to my community and to glorify God while doing it.

In my free time I enjoy exercising, playing sports, and spending time with friends and family. You can usually find me working, in the gym, on the golf course, or watching a Tech game with my beautiful wife, Amber, and our dogs Bella and Murphy. As a Red Raider alum, I keep up with all things Texas Tech.

If you've met me before, you know I believe in service, direction, and execution. When I became a father and a homeowner in 2021, I realized how hard it is to find genuine, hardworking professionals in the service industry.
