We provide clean packing services with durable boxes and packing materials. Our team carefully labels and organizes all of your belongings so everything ends up in the right room at your new home.

Packing Tips From the GRIT Crew
- Start with what you use least: seasonal items, extra linens, books, and decor.
- Use same-size boxes wherever you can. They stack better and load faster.
- Heavy items in small boxes, light items in big boxes. Books go in small boxes, pillows in large ones.
- Wrap breakables in packing paper, bubble wrap, or towels, and fill empty space so nothing shifts.
- Label two sides of every box with the room and a short description.
- Pack an essentials box with chargers, toiletries, medications, and a change of clothes.

Boxes can sit in a garage for months. Our unpacking service gets you settled in a day. We unpack room by room, set up beds and tables, put kitchen items in cabinets, and haul away all the cardboard. If you've got leftover boxes or things you decided not to keep, our junk removal service takes care of those too.

Do you provide boxes and packing materials?
Yes. When we pack for you, we typically supply the boxes, packing paper, tape, and other protective materials. Packing yourself? We also sell moving boxes and supplies. Tell us when you request a quote if you already have boxes you want us to use.
Can you pack only part of my home?
Yes. Partial packing is popular. Many customers pack the easy rooms themselves and have us pack the kitchen and fragile items.
Do you unpack after the move?
Yes. We can unpack boxes, assemble furniture, and put items in their proper place, then take away the empty boxes.
When do you pack, the day of the move or before?
It depends on the size of the home. Smaller homes can often be packed the morning of the move. Larger homes are usually packed a day or more ahead. We'll recommend a schedule with your quote.
Can I hire you just for packing, without the move?
Yes. If you're using a rental truck or container, we can pack for you, then load it with our labor-only service.
