Business Moves Without the Downtime
When a business moves, every hour of disruption costs money. Phones need to work, customers need to find you, and your team needs desks on Monday morning. We plan commercial moves around that. We can schedule around your business hours, including Saturdays, and move in phases so part of your operation keeps running.
We've relocated retail stores, moved professional offices, and taken out heavy equipment from large facilities. We were proud to move Lululemon into its new Kingsgate location, to work with Garver on an office move, and to remove an X-ray machine from Jones AT&T Stadium.

How We Run a Commercial Move
Walk through the job
We look at both spaces, in person or from photos, and learn your deadlines and any after-hours rules.
Build the plan
You get a quote, a timeline, and a crew size. Moves can be split into phases if needed.
Label and load
Rooms and desks are labeled so everything lands in the right spot at the new space.
Set up and clear out
Furniture is reassembled and placed. Old items can be hauled off and the old space cleaned.
Planning Your Office Move
- Pick a move date at least two weeks out (more for large offices), and confirm building access rules at both locations.
- Reserve elevators and loading docks for move day.
- Have staff pack and label their own desks. We handle furniture, files, and equipment.
- Make a simple floor plan of the new space, with a number for each room or desk.
- Schedule internet and phone service at the new location before move day.
- Decide what isn't coming. Old desks and broken chairs can go out with junk removal.
What Affects Commercial Moving Cost
- The size of the space and number of workstations
- Furniture that needs to be taken apart and rebuilt
- Stairs, elevators, and loading dock access
- After-hours or Saturday timing
- Specialty or heavy equipment
Every business move is quoted on its own. Tell us about your space and timeline and we'll get back to you fast, usually within an hour during business hours.
